I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this thread, because the idea of this - and the idea that I have never heard of this - is baffling me.
There is an ENORMOUS building several stories tall and nearly a mile long in far northern Fermont, Quebec that serves as an indoor city, and as a windbreak for the actual town just outside its walls. And I know nothing about it, it seems like there are very few actual pictures of details of the thing. Does anyone know anything else about it? Are there any more of these towns in Arctic areas?
