BreadTalk opens $64m International HQ at Paya Lebar iPark
Second-floor retail operational by July.
SGX-listed BreadTalk Group Limited has unveiled its International Headquarters (IHQ) at Paya Lebar iPark on Tai Seng Street. The $64.08 million BreadTalk IHQ, which commenced construction in August 2011, is slated to open its doors today on 4 June 2013, Tuesday.
BreadTalk said food lovers can take the opportunity to explore this new and exciting integrated F&B destination which will showcase the major brands by the BreadTalk Group on level one. For phase two, visitors can expect the retail floor on level two to be completed and fully operational by July 2013.
Easily accessible by MRT (Tai Seng station along the Circle Line), the BreadTalk IHQ is said by the company to be the next lifestyle and dining hub in the north-east district with popular brands under its roof, including Din Tai Fung, RamenPlay, BreadTalk, Toast Box and Food Republic.The new F&B zone which can accommodate over 550 diners showcases a "unique seamless design which is inspired by the concept of old Chinese courtyards, or Siheyuan in Chinese," the group said.
To celebrate its opening day, BreadTalk IHQ will offer exclusive freebies at its BreadTalk IHQ outlets for one day only to welcome visitors. Happy Hour deals are also launched at the IHQ outlets to reward customers starting 5 June 2013. Visitors can also enjoy first hour free parking from 4 June to 31 July 2013.
