Is there an Australian consulate in Manchester?

As the title of the thread says - is there an Australian consulate office in Manchester?

I've googled it and found two different addresses - Chatsworth House (not sure which road, but at postal code: M1 2DL) and Peter House (on Oxford Street at postal code: M1 5AN); but as I'm not that familiar with the city, I'm unsure whether a consulate exist at either location. Also, after looking at the Australian High Commission's website it only mentions their embassy in London and a consulate in Edinburgh, so I'm confused.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
