Le grand projet de la nouvelle ville commerciale d´El Eulma dans la wilaya de Sétif, annoncée par la chambre de commerce en 1995, qui a suscité tant d´engouement parmi les commerçants et les investisseurs locaux, vient d´être relancé de nouveau. Des représentants de la compagnie séoudienne Snaco, une équipe sud-coréenne Kunwon, spécialiste en design et en architecture et, des commerçants d´El Eulma ayant créé la SPA (El Alamia of investisment and construction) se sont entretenus durant la fin de semaine écoulée avec le premier responsable de l´exécutif de la wilaya où ils lui ont présenté la maquette du projet. La wali, de son côté, a donné son aval pour la réalisation de ce projet dont les travaux seront lancés incessamment. L´on apprend que ce projet qui pourrait créer plus de 6000 emplois, s´étend sur une superficie de 22 hectares à la sortie ouest de la ville d´El Eulma. Il est estimé à plus de 200 millions d´euros. Donc après ces années d´hibernation, ce projet qui devra changer de look à la ville d´El Eulma, deuxième agglomération dans la wilaya de Sétif, vient d´être lancé de nouveau. Les pouvoirs publics avaient promis à l´époque de mobiliser 6 milliards de dinars pour la réalisation de ce mégaprojet qui allait générer 10.000 emplois. |

Dans ce contexte, le directeur du bureau détudes UTIC qui présentera le projet, tiendra également à souligner quil ne sagit là que e surfaces de présentation, le stockage ajoutera t-il se faisant ailleurs et ce groupement qui est doté dun immense espace central et dont la réalisation est appelée à induire 8.000 emplois. Le futur groupement «El Alamia» se veut être le juste couronnement dune vaste réflexion de grands commerçants et industriels de cette grande daira qui accueille déjà quelques 200.000 habitants, nest pas sans sinscrire dans le processus de consolidation de léconomie nationale et des dispositifs qui ont été mis en place, ces dernières années par les hautes instances du pays pour un investissement qui creé la richesse et génère lemploi. En misant gros pour la réalisation dun tel projet qui nécessitera, une enveloppe de 300 millions deuros, les commerçants et industriels dEl Eulma, sapprêtent ainsi à réaliser un rêve et relever un défi de lAlgérie qui avance. |
