Kelli is mad at me, i think we're going to have one of those love/hate relationships :S
anyway, now a lot of us have been here a few years, maybe she's right and we should try and improve the tone of discussion.
One way of doing this could be to list the noble qualities about other people that you interact with, and then say what their corresponding unpleasant side is. You can't bitch about someone unless you have something nice to say to balance it. There's a difference between being honest, and just being cruel. feel free to point out if someone is just being the latter.
I'll start, I'm just going to do the people in my friends list to start, but will do more as time goes on, and when people winge that they've been forgotten lol (and start with yourself btw) -

Pro - is actually extremely empathic, understand deeply what drives and motivates people to behave in a certain way
Con - manipulative, unnecessarily cruel for own personal kicks, quick to judge. insecure. impetuous. careless. reckless.
Kelli
Pro - probably one of the smartest people here, cares about fairness, searches for crusades - passion over logic, wants to defend the little guy. i actually hold her in high regard.
Con - struggles to use that intelligence to command respect, defaults to victimhood. needs more self confidence.
Cowface
Pro - Is the smartest person here
Con - Is never here. Poor self-image. hasn't given much info about himself, which in my books, means you really shouldn't comment on the lives of others. (you're still funny tho, but without revealing any info about yourself, you no better than a multi, you're probably deranged come to think of it)

Con - Thinks he's invisible to people on ozscrapers because of his ethnicity.
Cruise
Pro - Uses high IQ to inform his witty humour, probably in lots of peoples friends list.
Con - Slight superiority complex. lives in poor area. struggles to reconcile these two issues.
Crawf
Pro - lives in Adelaide, fair and pleasant.
Con - what do we know about crawf? not very much, i can't really say.

Pro - Patriotic to his state, passionate about Queensland. Very pleasant in person.
Con - provokes Melbourne people on purpose. didn't learn the art of relationships when he was younger, now struggles to conduct a healthy adult relationship (most gays struggle with this tho)
Deranged
Pro - wicked sense of humour, informed by high IQ but also High real life intelligence, able to integrate lots of complex, conflicting info and deliver it as simple funny parody, yet still maintaining lots of different levels of humour for those who wish to look for it.
Con - once he loses interest, he abandons us. probably happens to his friends and family as well. Could possibly use his powers for evil.

Pro - he is my soul buddy, if we lived in the same city, i would hope we would be best friends :)
Con - His hair ain't as purdy as he thinks. Thinks he can charm his way through life.
