An agreement between the City of Manila and Manila Gold Coast Development Corporation executed on April 17, 2012 covers the 148 hectares portion of the bay that is to be reclaimed including the 12 hectares at the back of Manila Yacht Club and Philippine Navy except the entire stretch of the bay especially that fronting the baywalk portion. From the FB Page, renowned Filipino architect Jun Palafox of Palafox Associates was consulted for this project.
