Where would you go for?
Of the new projects Infinity, 111/222, Canvas, Fish Lane, Milton seem pretty good. Also the new stuff around Bowen Hills and the RNA, and Newstead.
Of existing buildings I've always liked Torbreck, and the views from the buildings in New Farm towards town must be good. Also Docklands, and South Brisbane.
In the city Aurora, Casino Towers, or anything around the Admiralty precinct.
All have pros and cons, I'm thinking of making a move in the coming year and have been checking out the real estate websites. City is good because everything is nearby, but from the inner city locations you can get places with great views of the city.
Balcony or not? Risking buying a place in town and then a huge building goes up next door blocking your views. Do any buildings have bad reputations for the build quality?
Lots of informed people on here and I'd value whatever you could add. At the moment from looking on the sales sites I'm most impressed by Aurora, central in town, and good views with little chance of having them built out. Also not being brand new, maybe slightly cheaper to buy?
