Introduction The Niger State Government, as part of its effort towards re-positioning the state and making it one of the top economy endowed state in the country and in further pursuance of her economic agenda for the people of the Niger state, is desirous of constructing a tower referred to herein as the Minna City Tower, located at old Minna Central Market along Paiko Road, Minna, Niger State. The Niger State Government now invites the underlisted contractors with experience in similar and like projects, whose selections are as detailed below, to participate in the Proposed Minna City Center in Niger State. The Proposed Minna City Tower is conceived within the local calabash and ludayi concept, housing communal facilities at the lower levels and observatories and restaurant along the tower section which rises up to 70 metres above ground level. |
