tour suggestion

dear all
its first time to visit India, i am going with my mother , she is 60 years old and she is complain of her eyes so i will take her to the hospital which is called vasan eye care , in addition my nephew complain of stomach pain and i am plan to visit lakshor hospital as well. (both hospital recommended by one india friend ).


my question are:
1-does those hospital famous there?
2-what do you suggest for the hotels and which location (we are 4 adult,1 child and 1 infant so we need 2 rooms with swimming pool , my budget 100$ maximum|).?
3-my mother cant walk for long distance and even on the car she dont like to go far a way such as 4 hours driving , so my question where we can go within 2 to 2.5 hours ? where we can take the child ?
4-how much the food will cost in average per person?
5-is there any suggest driver or tour agent?
