would you ever live in a city with no natural light, a city where vertical density is so crowded it block's out the sun? I on one hand would think it would be pretty cool, Living by led and neon lights, a sense of eternal night. The night always feels better to me. I bet a lot of ppl who aren't morning ppl either might find this idea attractive.
