Located along Jeddah's prominent corniche, the new Millennium Hotel overlooks the Red Sea and is minutes away from the central city.
The development will target the corporate traveling population, and the mid and long term residential needs of expats and those looking for sea front living. The site will contain 270 keys upper four star hotel and 50 serviced apartments together with all the modern facilities of an internationally branded hotel. The development will also include 75 residential units which will be let to the expatriates community on a long term basis.
