An application has been filed to amend the City of Toronto Official Plan and Zoning By-Law 438-86 to permit the development of an office building with retail at grade on the properties municipally known as 489-499 King Street West. The height of the building is 22 floors or 97 metres and the proposed GFA is 37,667 square metres. Parking would be provided in a four-level underground parking structure containing 157 spaces.
