China State Construction Engineering Corp., Ltd (Algeria) has recently signed the framework agreement of general contracting for the design and build of 3000-Seat Constantine “ZENITH” Theatre project with Constantine Province of Algeria. The contract value is US$156 million. The Project has the building area of 53,000sqm, including 2 theatres and 750 underground parking spaces. The larger theatre can accommodate some 3000 audience and the smaller one hold 450 people. It is a top grade comprehensive theatre available for mega-events such as concerts and music dramas, etc. Upon completion, it will serve for 2015 Constantine Arab Festival, and will become another landmark building in the province of Constantine.
