Scott Brownrigg wins planning for new BP office 13 August 2013 | By Cate St Hill The building is for oil giants Surrey technology centre Scott Brownrigg has won planning permission for a new office building for oil and gas company BP. The 9,350 sq m, four-storey building is part of BPs International Centre for Business and Technology in Sunbury-on-Thames. The building had been designed from the inside-out to create spaces with a variety of work settings to enhance collaborative working. The design of the envelope of the building incorporates passive sustainable design with external solar shading and glass fins which will respond to different daylight conditions. |
