It's not just Sydney which has it, but Adelaide too in my view.
I read an article in The Advertiser last month which got my blood boiling. There is a firm that wants to build a 108 metre apartment tower in the CBD, yet is concerned that Adelaide City Council will say no because its "too tall".
Is there any justification for restricting height limits in Adelaide's CBD any more or should the city pull its socks up like many other parts of the country and allow taller buildings?
It amazes me how Adelaide's CBD and surrounds have the room to accomodate taller buildings yet not impinge on suburban areas.
