I've noticed that some construction work has been under way on Granger Bay Court at the V&A. There's a To let board up on site as well as a project board, but the scope of works has appeared to be pretty minor...I assumed it's only a paint job. But then I found the following renders over on Think3D's website. Any have any idea whether the project will involve the addition of another floor on the north-eastern portion of the property?
