Automatically scalling images by putting them in "quote"

In neogaf forums, the image is automatically scaled to the viewers displayed if placed in quote tags. When a person clicks on the image it becomes original resolution. Can we get a similar feature here? Its extremely annoying not being able to view an image because the person uploaded a huge resolution.
