According to Future Belfast, site works have taken place on this site on Donegal Street in recent weeks:

Has anyone noticed anything on site? I haven't been in that area recently so I can't provide any useful updates.
Also on Donegal Street, the Printers Cafe premises have been purchased by the owners of James Street South restaurant. Printers are relocating further along the street (according to Belfast Telegraph on 4th July 2013).
