Pavilion 2 in Bukit Jalil
Plans Comprises Mall, Commercial Units & Residence
Datuk Desmond Lim Siew Choon, who is the developer of the Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in Bukit Bintang is now planning to build a new mall in Bukit Jalil. This mall is expected to be bigger than Mid Valley & Pavilion KL and currently being labelled as ‘Pavilion 2’. This is a collaboration project between Lim’s Malton Bhd and Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd, whereby this project would be built in a 60 acre land in Bukit Jalil.
Besides mall, this project would also comprise commercial units and residence. At early stage, this project was estimated to get a GDV (gross development value) of RM4bil. But now the value is expected to reach higher and the development would be completed between 8 to 10 years.
