I tried to get info from Krister Samuel but he ignores his emails - quite a typical thing here in NZ.
However I have spoken to somebody else and they are convinced that this will happen because it is student accommodation. I like the colours and the public square.
Judging from the aerial photograph it could be built where that dodgy hotel is at the Grafton Bridge (I for one would be very happy to see that horrible hotel demolished).
