Accordingly, the resort is being developed to embrace both the surrounding sea and the protected bay waters. A lively mixed-use marina village will open to a harbor housing 300 slips. An intimate boutique hotel will be surrounded by low-scale hotel and ownership villas. The architecture will offer a contemporary take on the traditional island vernacular, with monumental stonework, teak trellises and deep overhangs transitioning to simpler, more modern lines.
