The first building which is expected to operate this summer will be utilized to produce Biscocho while the second building will be utilized for piaya production.
The Twin Factory Buildings were designed with a viewing deck that will allow the visitors to roam around the production area without contaminating the production area and an audio-video room where they can view some of the companys video clips. The site will have a mini park, a swimming pool and rest house to bring innovation in accommodation for the factory visitors.
The site will be developed to become one of the premier tourist destinations in the province of Negros and hot list fieldtrip itinerary for private and public schools.
