Possible supertall. I didn't open the thread at the supertall section because the render looks well below 300m, on the other hand it is likely conceptual. Close to Spring Tower.
According to earlier press releases the main tower would have 70 floors, that's why I'm saying it may be a supertall after all.

In Gaoloumi they've been listing as a 62 floor tower for a while. But as usual they didn't link or even mention any source, so who knows.
