Army conscription - Should it be abolished worldwide?

Well, that still seems to be a big issue over here.

There's a conscription not only in some ex-USSR countries, but also in Austria(but at least, there are decent conditions)

As for Russia, 1-year service in the army for a teen(or someone who's younger than 26 years old in Russia) is a form of legal slavery.

Most of people here get delays however, and I will, of course.

Unless you're a chav(aka bydlo, gopnik), because chavs actually love army so much. And most of people in the army are chavs.

I don't want to be turned into a chav, by the way.

In the army, you will always be offended by soldiers and military heads.

My dad has always told me that "Army will learn you to be a real man"
But now it's not. This is the place where you do physical things you don;t want to

Russian army is in terrible condition, compared to the Red Army until 1991.
So, it was prestigious to serve here, as my dad told me.

And he still thinks that you're going to be a real man, in case if you go to army, but no, i won't, i will be a chav, who would be punched to death.

So, what do you think?
