Firstly, i'd like to point out Wagon Wheels, because it disappointed me so much when I was in the UK, its taste is so terrible, to be honest, that i couldn't even feel a flavour. I thought it's much tastier, than it is, but it's rubbish, apparently.

As well, as water waffles/biscuits, typically russian thing. So, it's much worse than eating Wagon Wheels, in my opinion. So, you're able, indeed, to fill that flavour, although it's terrible, it's not natural at all.
